AMD - Prepare Processor For Windows 8
As the largest computer chip maker for both under Intel, AMD suda square off to make processors for Windows 8. The new chipset named Hondo is claimed AMD will be ready when Microsoft will release Windows 8 is rumored to be entered into the RTM version in April 2012.
So what advantages possessed by Hondo? For starters, Hondo is the dual core processors that is energy efficient by taking the power of just 2 watts. These 40nm processors have a Radeon HD 6250 GPU that can play 720p HD video and graphics dikombo with DirectX 11. As an energy-efficient processors, a product with Hondo certainly will not be as hot as other processors that take a lot of energy. AMD reportedly will start mass producing these processors in the second quarter of next year. Sharing is sexy
